Payment Structure

Project-Based Services

Typically require 50% deposit to begin work, with remaining balance due upon completion and approval.

Billed monthly based on actual time tracked, with detailed timesheets provided.

Late Payment Policy

Invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge and may result in suspension of services.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and typically apply to services not yet delivered or in cases of service failure.

We ensure all work delivered to you is either original, properly licensed, or falls under fair use. You receive full commercial usage rights for all delivered work upon final payment. We also provide guidance on maintaining proper licensing for any third-party components.

Termination and Cancellation

Client-Initiated Termination

  • 30 days written notice required for ongoing services
  • Payment required for all completed work
  • Transfer of completed work upon final payment
  • Documentation and training provided for handover

FinestSEM-Initiated Termination

  • Non-payment of invoices beyond 60 days
  • Breach of terms or unprofessional conduct
  • Failure to provide necessary project materials
  • 30 days notice provided when possible

Project Completion Policy

In all termination scenarios, we work to ensure smooth project handover and minimal disruption to your business operations. We provide all necessary files, passwords, and documentation to ensure continuity.
