02 Can you help us get more direct bookings instead of platform bookings?
That is usually the highest-value thing to work on for accommodation. It means ranking for your own name properly, making the booking path obvious and fast, and giving people a reason to book direct. It rarely removes the platforms entirely, but it changes the mix.
03 Should we target visitors from Adelaide or interstate?
Both, but they search differently. Adelaide visitors look for day trips and how to get here; interstate visitors research the region against other wine regions weeks ahead. Content that answers the comparison and planning questions reaches people far earlier than a page that only describes your business.
